Eureka offers a broad range of calls for proposals for cross-border research and innovation. On the following pages, you will find current offers from the various Eureka programmes. Detailed information is also available on the international Eureka website.
Eureka network projects
There are two types of calls for proposals for Eureka network projects: a permanently open call for proposals without any thematic restrictions, and bilateral and multilateral calls for proposals with fixed deadlines.
Eurostars
Eurostars supports bilateral and multilateral projects led by innovative SMEs. Applications can be submitted to fixed cut-off dates (usually two per year). Eurostars is open to all topics and technologies.
Eureka cluster
The Eureka clusters publish calls for proposals for research and innovation projects in their respective technology sectors once or twice a year.
Globalstars
Under the Globalstars programme, Eureka enables multilateral calls for proposals with countries that are not yet part of the Eureka network.
Innowwide
Innowwide supports SMEs in accessing a selected international target market with their innovations. Innowwide usually issues one call for proposals per year.
Investment Readiness Programme
The Investment Readiness Programme provides targeted support to SMEs in networking with multinational companies and private investors.
Fast Track to the EIC Accelerator
Fast Track to the EIC Accelerator is a special program for SMEs from Eurostars projects. It offers accelerated access to the European Innovation Council (EIC) Accelerator.
